Frequently asked questions

It is very easy! You need an email account registered with Bupa. If you don’t have it, please contact our Customer Service center at 305) 398-7400.

If you do have an account registered with Bupa, please follow these three steps:

Step 1 Click on “Sign up”, enter your email address, and create a password.

Step 2 Validate your password and click “Continue”.

Step 3 Validate the information in your account and click on “Activate account".

You can now enjoy the services available for you at My Bupa.

If you need help to register, please contact our Customer Service center at (305) 398-7400 or send us an email message at service@bupalatinamerica.com.

If you forgot your password, don’t worry! Click on “¿Forgot my password?”, , enter your user name (the email account you have registered at My Bupa) and click on “Send”.

You will receive an email message with a link to enter a new password, so you can access My Bupa again.

If you need help to recover your password, please contact our Customer Service center at (305) 398-7400 or send us an email message at servicie@bupalatinamerica.com.

If your user was locked, don’t worry! Click on “¿Forgot my password?”, enter your user name (the email account you have registered at My Bupa) and click on “Send”. You will receive an email message with a link to enter a new password, so you can access My Bupa again. If you need help to unlock your user, please contact our Customer Service center at +1 (305) 398-7400 or send us an email message at servicie@bupalatinamerica.com.
If your connection to Online Service is through Windows Authentication and you need help to unlock your user, please contact an Employee or Administrator Bupa
